ParentPay

At Edgar Wood Academy we use an online secure payment system called ParentPay. ParentPay accepts online payments for dinner money, trips and all other payment items. We do not accept cash in school and all payments must be made via ParentPay.

ParentPay gives you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, without the need for students to bring cash into school. We will be able to send you trip letters by email and you will be able to provide consent electronically, without the need to complete a reply slip. Your young person will never need to bring cash into school as you will be able to deposit money for school meals or trips directly into their account. 

New to ParentPay? 

You will have a secure online account which can be activated using the unique activation username and password which will be sent to you by post. You will be prompted to change these and to keep them safe and secure for future logins.

Please visit www.parentpay.com and activate your account via the Account Login area on the home page of the site. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view later. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

Already have a ParentPay account? 

If you have more than one student at a ParentPay school you can add them to a single account, with one login for all your children. Simply log in to your existing account and add your other children via the Add a Child tab on your home page. You will need the activation username and password to do this.
