Applications are now OPEN for the Placed Academy Studio 2026-27, their flagship award-winning FREE programme of creative activities and professional development opportunities for young people, in Years 9-12, who are interested in the built environment and live in Northwest England. 

Applications close Sunday 7th June, there are just 60 places available.

A group of year 9s experienced the Holocaust Education Trust's 'Testimony 360' this week. 

The workshops involved pupils interacting with Manfred Goldberg's testimony and using VR headsets to explore key sites that were part of his life.

The facilitators commented on how our pupils stood out as being incredibly well behaved, polite and inquisitive!
